"We wanted a front row view of the ocean, we settled for Seat after checking the menu. They have the most variety on the Eden on the Bay strip in Cape Town. Great food and drink specials for all. They have a live band on a weekend. Great for Sundowners! Atmosphere is very sociable. I will go back to try the food."

"An excellent environment for enjoying a sunset, lunch or even breakfast. This pet friendly restaurant has an amazing view of table mountain. there is a park for kids to play on. and according to their menu, there are sometime live performers. Their unisex bathrooms were clean too. Food arrived on time. Decently affordable prices on their menu. They even serve non-alcoholic versions from a select few of their drinks. I will be coming here again."

"Wow! Just had a delicious fresh Sushi dinner at Seat Seafood and Sushi Restaurant ! Take a look at my plate! Reasonably priced, extremely fresh, great location looking out at Table Mountain. Friendly staff! Yum!"

"Probably the best restaurant in Cape town. Had the Legendary Hake and rice- amazingly fresh and the batter was crispy and flavourful! Best Strawberry Diaquiry in SA. Cricket on tv for hubby too."

"Amazing service. Superstay.io team had a fantastic time here for a year end round of drinks at the beach. The service was friendly, the drinks were cold and the sushi was epic. Our waiter was on point and really made sure that all our needs catered for. I highly recommend this restaurant as your next stop when visiting Eden on the bay."

"We had breakfast. The eggs benedict is just out of this world. I had the fruit bowl. Thanks to management for that! Super delicious and just enough. Soooo happy for the new menu! Staff so friendly. Service great. Fantastic venue and atmosphere with table mountain and the atlantic beach just a few metres away!"

"Food and atmosphere was good. Food could have been portioned a little more considering the price tag, but taste was certainly a plus. Service can do with some work but very friendly. Atmosphere was great but the duo band was not all that complimentary (music selection for overall entertainment). Definitely worthwhile checking out. Apologies for no photos, the food was devoured in flash"
